Bitcoin has surged to highs of $67K while leading altcoins such as HYPE and XLM record double-digit gains. The fear and greed index has also shifted from extreme fear to the fear zone, indicating shifting market dynamics. 1. Ethereum (ETH)

Ethereum is up by more than 4% over the last 24 hours, pushing the price to $1,782. The latest bullish turnaround has seen the altcoin break out of the consolidation zone around the $1,670 region on the weekly chart. Moreover, its trading volume has exploded by over 80% to $19 billion.

Crypto analyst Gerla has noted a familiar wedge pattern for Ethereum as the three-day chart builds a bullish breakout. The setup mirrors the previous compression phase, which was followed by a strong bounce back. The RSI stands at 37.50, close to the lower demand zone, where the last macro bottom formed.

However, the bullish case strengthens only with a confirmed breakout on the structure. A move above the wedge resistance could initially turn attention to $2,500. Further momentum may place the projected $5,000 region back on watch, making it one of the top altcoins to watch today. If support fails to hold near the wedge base, that view could be weakened during the next swing cycle.

2. Injective (INJ)

Injective has recorded double-digit gains today after surging by 14% on the daily chart. INJ has surged by 5% and 22% on the weekly and monthly charts, respectively. As of this writing, the altcoin was trading around $5.92 with a market cap of $590 million.

Injective is testing a long-running descending channel on the three-day chart. The price is trading near $5.20 after recovering from the lower boundary around $2.85. Moreover, the current setup shows the price pressing the upper trendline near the $6 range.

However, confirmation still depends on a clean breakout and follow-through above that resistance. Should INJ break out successfully, it could rally to a projected target at $31.27, implying a possible 488.32% move. Investors should now watch whether INJ can break and hold above the trendline after repeated failed attempts. 

3. Zcash (ZEC)

The privacy-based coin, Zcash, is exchanging hands around $518, up by more than 5% over the past 24 hours. This latest rebound has pushed the weekly gains to nearly 10%. Its market cap and trading volume stand at $8.70 billion and $1.10 billion, respectively.

Zcash is near the $520 mark, showing strength in the long-term breakout rebound. The previous resistance zone around $210-$220 is now a key support zone. The band ended rallies in 2021 and 2022 before it was reclaimed by the buyers. Since then, pullbacks have pushed demand above prior lows.

The major resistance above is the previous cycle high near $748. A move to that area from the current level would be around 43% upside. However, ZEC needs to maintain support and keep demand alive before it enters price discovery above resistance this cycle.
