The new launch opens big possibilities for Finland’s financial markets. This marks Nasdaq Helsinki’s debut in offering crypto ETPs as trading instruments. Virtune introduced five new crypto ETPs at once, making it the biggest crypto ETP launch in the Nordic countries. These financial products are currently open for trading to all Finnish investors.
New Opportunities Open for Finnish Investors to Access Crypto Assets
Virtune’s ETPs allow Finnish investors to invest in crypto assets through regulated products. For the first time, investors can trade crypto through their regular brokerage accounts. This opens up Finland’s €20.5 billion ETP market to crypto investments. The ability to trade in euros makes the process simple and convenient for local investors.
Virtune’s new products provide exposure to popular cryptocurrencies. The Bitcoin ETP allows direct investment in BTC. The Staked Ethereum ETP includes enhanced returns through staking rewards. The XRP ETP gives investors access to XRP, while the Staked Solana ETP combines SOL exposure with a 3% staking return.
Virtune has also launched the Crypto Altcoin Index ETP. This tracks up to ten alternative digital assets. Bitcoin and Ethereum are excluded, and the index rebalances every month. These options give investors diverse ways to include crypto in their portfolios.
