Trump Media Signs Final Agreement with Crypto.com and Yorkville to Launch New ETFs

Trump Media has signed a binding agreement with trading platform Crypto.com and asset management firm Yorkville America Digital to launch exchange-traded products. The two companies had already signed a non-binding agreement in March. The products will be introduced under the Truth.Fi brand. Truth.Fi serves as the financial arm of Trump Media and Technology Group.

The ETF offerings will be backed up by Crypto.com, which will also provide backend infrastructure. In addition, it will manage the brokerage services through its registered entity, Foris Capital US LLC. Trump Media announced in a press release that it will launch multiple ETFs and exchange-traded products.
The products combine digital assets and American industry-focused securities. The announcement confirmed that the companies reached a final deal. They now plan to move forward with launching the financial products across several platforms.
Through this agreement, the ETFs will be developed under the Truth.Fi banner, a brand that Trump Media created as part of its financial services strategy. The partnership aims to deliver products that include both cryptocurrencies and U.S.-focused investments. These new offerings will appear on platforms in the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Truth.Fi Products to Highlight Energy and Manufacturing Themes
The Truth.Fi ETFs will include a mix of crypto-related equities, Bitcoin, altcoins, and securities with a “Made in America” focus. These products will emphasize industries such as energy and manufacturing.
Earlier this year, Trump Media filed trademark applications for several Truth.Fi financial products. These include Bitcoin Plus ETF, Bitcoin Plus SMA, and Made in America ETF. In addition, they include Made in America SMA, US Energy Independence ETF, and US Energy Independence SMA. The filings indicate that the company intends to offer a wide range of products that tie digital assets to U.S.-centered industry sectors.
Crypto.com will lead the distribution, and this setup will allow the ETFs to reach a broad range of users across different regions through platforms that already exist. The CEO of Crypto.com, Kris Marszalek, stated that the agreement highlights the ability of the company to connect traditional financial markets with cryptocurrency-based services. He also said that the partnership helps bring the Truth.Fi products to a global audience by using Crypto.com’s infrastructure.
Yorkville America Digital also plays a key role in this agreement. The firm will help develop and manage the ETF offerings that align with the broader America-first theme. Troy Rillo, CEO of Yorkville America Digital, described the agreement as an important step toward expanding financial products that focus on national priorities.
Trump Media Commits $250 Million to New Investment Products
Trump Media will also launch a set of separately managed accounts under the Truth.Fi name. The company will invest $250 million of its money in the products. These funds will be held by financial services firm Charles Schwab, which will handle custody.
The company said that the Truth.Fi SMAs will be developed alongside the ETF offerings and will form part of its fintech expansion plans. Law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP will provide legal counsel for all involved parties as the launch process continues.
