This concurrence of a rising price and the volumes is an indicator that bulls are firmly in control of Story’s price action. It also means that more gains can be expected going into the future. This rising momentum across the market means that outstanding performers such as Story (IP) are likely to experience FOMO buying going into the foreseeable future. With Story’s surging volumes, the odds of it rallying to prices as high as $5 could be a reality in the foreseeable future.

Outside of the bullish wave covering the broader cryptocurrency market, Story is benefiting from investor interest in one of the top cryptocurrency markets in the world. A sizeable chunk of Story’s recent price action came from South Korea.

Story (IP) is also boosted by the fact that it has significant interest from institutional investors. One of the big corporate players in the Story ecosystem is Nasdaq-listed IP Strategy. The company has been involved heavily in marketing activities within the Story ecosystem. For context, they announced the launch of Poseidon back in December 2025. This is a decentralized audio service that will run on the Story IP blockchain. 

Through this service, it is possible for users to offer audio with authorized rights to companies looking to use it for training AI by using programmable licensing. Corporate backing of high-value use cases on the Story (IP) blockchain could help drive the value of Story higher going into the future. Technical Analysis – IP In A Bullish Breakout

After a multi-week consolidation between the $2.15 resistance and $1.41 support, IP broke out bullish on January 12. If bulls sustain this momentum as they have done in the last 24 hours, a rally to $6.91 could follow.

On the other hand, if bulls lose momentum, the most likely outcome would be a consolidation above $2.15, which is now support. Of these two scenarios, a rally to $6.91 is more likely due to the rising bullish momentum across the market.
