Myriad Integrates with Trust Wallet to Launch In-Wallet Prediction Markets

The self-custodial crypto wallet, Trust Wallet, has officially launched a new feature, called Predictions, which allows users to trade real-world outcomes within the Trust Wallet. The wallet is also directly integrated with Myriad, an emerging Web3 prediction market, achieving a major leap in on-chain prediction trading accessibility. Users can now participate in prediction markets without leaving the app.

The new service is presented in the form of a tab on the Swaps page of Trust Wallet. As a result, users can access tokenized outcome markets with a single click. The move comes after the growing need to trade tools that are bundled within Web3 wallets. Trust Wallet is currently positioning itself as the central hub of opinion-based trading, with more than 220 million users.

Myriad will be integrated with Trust Wallet and the first prediction market available in-wallet. Trust Wallet confirmed that Kalshi and Polymarket are going to be joining in the near future. The feature provides users with access to global events such as elections, sports, and the launch of tokens, among others. Moreover, all activity takes place in the existing interface of the wallet.

Trust Wallet CEO Eowyn Chen stated that the idea is to transform wallets into an entry point for all forms of trading. She noted that,

“People do not have to use five apps to provide their opinion about what they think will happen next.”

Myriad Hits Milestones and Expands Reach

Myriad, which was launched in March, rapidly rose into the prediction market space. With a tenfold increase in three months, it surpassed $100 million in trading volume in November. Furthermore, the site now has over 400,000 registered customers and over 6 million trades.

Myriad was launched on chains such as Abstract and Linea and later expanded on BNB Chain. It seeks to target Asia and expand globally. The Trust Wallet integration will help the platform reach a significantly broader user base. The new access layer provides a smooth entrance to the prediction markets for both new and experienced users. According to Farokh Sarmad, Myriad president, the partnership was a landmark.

He said:

“Putting Myriad into that flow directly would make on-chain predictions more accessible to the industry than ever before.”

Additionally, there is an increasing trend towards social and narrative-based trades in the crypto industry. Prediction platforms are capturing that shift, providing lower-stakes markets that have more users. The most direct and quickest means to tap into these markets is through Trust Wallet in-wallet access.

Myriad, integrating Trust Wallet, not only offers seamless predictions but also increases adoption. The transfer contributes to the overall direction of wallets becoming more than storage tools and transforming into full-scale trading platforms. Self-custody is kept in focus, yet users can now access an increasing number of markets and types of assets.

Notably, Trust Wallet is a portfolio product of Changpeng Zhao, who initially launched the TWT token as an experiment. CZ in September noted that the token faced challenges, such as limited use cases and overvaluation. However, the Trust Wallet Token will gain more use with new features such as Predictions, which fit into the Trust Wallet’s broader vision of DeFi.
