The crypto market has recovered today after the U.S. Producer Price Index report showed inflation at 2.6% year-over-year. The index report has renewed investor interest, and they see a possibility of a 25 basis point rate cut. At press time, the overall market cap is up 1.52% to $4.02 trillion. In addition, the trading volume is up 0.07% to $163.56 billion. The fear and greed index is still in the neutral zone at an index of 50. Meanwhile, the total liquidations in the past day come in at $355.55 million, per CoinGlass data.

ETH is leading the market recovery and is trading at $4,529, representing a 2.14% increase on the daily chart. The market cap stands at $546.69 billion, while the trading volume has slightly dropped by 5.19% to $39.83 billion. ETH has gained 2.92% on the weekly chart but has dipped 2.2% on the monthly chart.
Ethereum is showing renewed strength after breaking through key resistance at $4,500. Buyers successfully defended the $4,330 zone earlier this week, creating a strong foundation for this move. The breakout has shifted momentum firmly in favor of the bulls. The immediate resistance now sits near $4,580, which aligns with previous rejection levels.

Clearing this zone would allow a run toward $4,660, where sellers may again attempt to stall progress. Above that, the next target stands at $4,725, a level that could invite heavy profit-taking pressure. On the downside, support rests at $4,450, while deeper protection comes in at $4,330.
2. Chainlink (LINK)
LINK is currently trading at $24.59, with a 3.23% increase in the last 24 hours. The trading volume of the coin has increased by 53.51% to $1.19 billion, while the market cap stands at $16.67 billion. The coin is up 6.62% on the weekly chart and 5.01% on the monthly chart.
The continued rise of LINK can be attributed to the recent partnerships of Chainlink as a blockchain oracle network. This level represents the major retracement target from the previous downtrend. If Solana maintains strength above $220, the bullish outlook remains intact, and the path toward $260 remains valid. However, failure to hold above $220 would expose the price back toward $200.
